The Best Biscuits Ever

I always play with recipes, I've always had a basic biscuit dough recipe and have changed it quite a bit to something that we absolutely love and so does everyone else. They are soooooooooooooooooooo good!

Here's the recipe:

100gm softened butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 heaped dessert spoons golden syrup
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp ground ginger
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup choc drops

Cream butter and sugar. Add golden syrup, egg, vanilla and ginger. Mix well
Add flour, baking powder and choc chips. Mix well.

If the mixture is too wet add a little more flour. You want the mix to still be quite moist but still be able to take a spoonful out and mould into a ball.

Mould heaped teaspoons of the mixture into a ball and place on your baking tray. Flatten with a fork.

Bake at 180c for approx 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown.

Now after all your hard work, pour yourself a cuppa and enjoy!

P.S Would be super yum with white choc drops too
