My Creative Space 13th May 2010

I can't believe how incredibly quick this week has gone.

Today is a bit of a shambles with what I am working on. I managed a couple of more Hexy's for my blankie. This is the progress so far:

Because I'm just using up yarn from my stash there is no colour scheme etc. I M working around the outside of the main flower for as far as my yarn will take me. I'm hoping there will be enough to make it evenish, then purchase just one colour for hexagons around the outside to frame it.

I have plans for another one in just rainbow colours for my wee girl.

On another note, my mailbox was full of goodies for me this morning.

Some cool fabric:

A great pattern:

The coolest ribbon:

There are a few other things I am working on today but they are secret squirrel so I can't show you ;)

Hope you are all having a great week and get a chance to head on over to Kirsty's

Oh, I love love love that trim. So cute. Your hexagons blanket is coming along great. I always amazed at how good random, no colour scheme crochet turns out.
