Book Review - A Year With James Wong

Do you avoid going to see the doctor as much as possible?

Would you rather grow something in your garden that would help you with various ailments?

I do so I purchased this book (I already have his first one too) so I could plan the herbs that I want to grow in my garden.

All I have to say is that this book is beautiful, very inspiring and I'm very excited to get planting.

I also love the fact that you can go online and watch some videos of how to make a few of the recipes in this book.

There is a seasonal section on when to plant and harvest all your plants which I find exceptionally valuable because most other books I have read don't have this and I wouldn't have the faintest idea on what to do.

Some of the recipes sound delish - Rose and Chocolate Shot, Elderberry and Ginger Cold and Flu Tonic, Roasted Cranberry Mince Pies, Four Flower Salad. I mean seriously YUM!

To top it all off, I purchased from Book Depository in the UK. They have free shipping worldwide so this book cost be a grand total of $17 NZD delivered. That's under 1/2 the price of what I have seen it here.

You know you want it!

I'm a huge fan of the book depository and buy way too much off there. And it looks like I have one more book to add to my wishlist.
